First Ring Systems (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Spencer Blackman and based in the Rochester, New York area, provides lead-response and customer follow-up systems for local service businesses.   • Consent through customer-initiated contact. We send text messages only to people who have initiated contact first — for example, by calling, texting, or submitting a request to a business we work with. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.
  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Quiet hours are respected. We do not send messages late at night or early in the morning.
  • Opt out any time: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Your opt-in and consent information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties for their marketing. We share information only as needed to run the service:

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations (including message records required for messaging compliance), then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.
